What Is EACH Network?

EACH Network — short for Economic And Community Healing — exists to help people and communities heal, grow, and build sustainable lives. We believe healing and stability are deeply connected. Financial hardship does not happen in isolation.

Neither does trauma.

Families are often navigating stress, instability, caregiving responsibilities, poverty, interrupted opportunities, grief, systemic barriers, and disconnection—all at the same time. That is why The Network brings together healing, economic wellbeing, education, community support, and practical tools for long-term growth.

Trauma-Informed: We recognize the impact of trauma and create spaces grounded in safety, dignity, trust, and compassion.

Healing-Centered: We believe people deserve more than crisis management. Healing is not separate from economic wellbeing—it is part of it.

People-Powered: We believe communities already hold wisdom, leadership, and solutions. We build with people—not for them.

The leadership behind The Network brings more than a decade of experience designing, operating, and delivering trauma-informed, community-based programming for families navigating poverty, instability, trauma, and systemic barriers.

Our team played the leading role in building, operating, and growing the Building Wealth and Health Network, contributing to its evolution from an early research initiative into nationally recognized community programming for the Center for Hunger-Free Communities at Drexel University.

Along the way, we saw firsthand that while strong programs matter, communities deserve more. More opportunities to heal, more ways to build stability, and more systems designed around how people actually live.

That is why we created EACH Network (Economic And Community Healing).

This Network is a new venture.

While informed by years of experience, community partnership, and lessons learned through prior work, EACH Network was intentionally designed as a new model for what community healing and economic wellbeing can become.

We are thinking bigger. Building bigger. And working toward greater impact.

For too long, communities have been asked to navigate complex challenges through disconnected systems.

One organization focuses on trauma. Another focuses on jobs. Another focuses on finances. Another focuses on leadership. Another focuses on business. But people do not experience life in disconnected pieces.

Healing affects financial wellbeing. Financial wellbeing affects family stability. Family stability affects workforce participation. Community wellbeing affects opportunity.

Everything is connected. That is why EACH Network was designed differently.

The Network is an actual network.

Rather than operating as a single program or isolated intervention, The Network brings together a connected ecosystem of organizations working together to help individuals, households, communities, and institutions heal, grow, and thrive.

Together, we are able to serve multiple populations, work across systems, and create deeper pathways toward stability, wellbeing, and opportunity.
